Hi everyone. This video is going to walk you through the folders system on Jomo247.
Our folder system works just like Microsoft windows folders and is easy to create and navigate.
So, lets get started! On the left-hand side is where our folders system would normally be visible but as we can see we currently do not have any folders to display.

So, to create a new root folder we need to click the down arrow here next to “folder options” A dropdown menu will then appear and we will need to click “New Root Folder” Next, a popup box will appear asking us to give our folder a name. Always remember to give your folder a relevant and memorable name. Once we are happy with the name we have chosen for our new Root Folder we can select the OK button.
And as we can see our new Root Folder has now been created appearing here on the left hand side of the page.

We can also create sub-folders to give us a further level of organisation.
To create a sub-folder we select the root folder we want to make our sub-folder in and then we can either click the arrow by folder options again and then select the add sub-folder option. Or we can right click on the root folder and select add sub-folder from the dropdown menu that appears.
Either way a popup box will appear allowing us to name our new sub-folder.
Once we are happy with the name we can select ok and the new sub-folder is now created.

If we have made a mistake or wish to change the name of our root or sub folders we can right click the folder we want to change. A dropdown menu will then appear and we are can click the edit folder option. A popup will appear and we are then able to change the name of our folder. Once we are happy with our alterations we can select the ok button.

If we wish to delete a folder we can select the folder we want to delete and right click it. The dropdown will appear and we can select the delete folder option. A popup will appear asking if we are sure we want to delete the folder we can select the yes button and as we can see our folder has now been deleted.

That has been our easy guide to the folder system on Jomo247. Thanks for watching!
