Hi everyone, this quick tutorial will walk you through using our newly added feature that allows you to copy existing activities to a new root folder or subfolder on Jomo247.

Firstly, we need to go into the folder where the activity we want to copy is stored. Once we are in the correct folder, we can select the blue “Copy Activities…” button. Once selected, a popup will appear.

To select the activity we want to copy we can check the box to the right hand side of the activity name. We can select more than one activity at a time, or we can also check the box next to “Select All” if we want to copy all the activities over. We’re just going to copy one activity for this example

Next can select the Root Folder or Sub-Folder we want to move the activity to. If we want the activity to copy over on the same step of the process the tasks are currently on we can simply hit the submit button or if we want the tasks within the activity to copy over from the beginning step of its process we can toggle the button next to “Tasks at starting step”

Now we can select the blue submit button. A message will appear informing us it is now safe to close the popup. We can then select the X button to close the popup. Once we have closed the popup, the copying will now be complete and if we go to the new folder destination we can see the activity has been successfully copied over.

We are now the admin of this activity and can choose who will be involved within the copied version of this process.

And that has been our simple tutorial on copying activities to a new root folder or subfolder on Jomo247 thanks for watching.
