Hi everyone, this tutorial will be walking you through linking a published form template to a specific activity template on Jomo247.

To begin we need to make sure the form template we want to link has been published either publicly or privately. As we can see here, our form template has already been published publicly.

Now we need to go to our activity template designer by hovering over our name in the top right hand corner of the page and selecting the activity designer option.

We are then take to the activity template manager page. Here we can see all of our existing activity templates. We can either create a new template from scratch and link the form with it OR we can select an existing template and link the form to that.

For this example, we will use a preexisting activity template. Let’s select the activity template we want to link the form to and we will need to click the edit a copy button.

We will be taken to the activity template editor, a popup will appear informing us we are starting a new workflow from an existing one. Click the blue OK button and our activity template will load.

To link a form we need to select the link button over here on the right hand side of the page. A popup will then appear with a list of all our published form templates.

We need to select the form we want to link and then click the OK button as we can see the form has now been linked to the activity template.

If we want to delete a linked form we can simply select the delete button a popup will appear and if we confirm the form will be removed.

Once we are happy we can select the save button. Now if we go back to our activity designer page we can see our new template and the old version of the template which does not have the form linked to it.

We can either delete the old activity template without the form if we no longer wish to use it or we can rename it so that we can differentiate between the two.

We now need to publish our activity template with the linked form so that we can use it.

And that has been our easy guide to linking a form template to an activity template on Jomo247.
